I'm a real estate broker and investor (30+ years). I've built multiple homes, renovated more than 100, and owned many rental properties. I sold my all my properties and moved to a different area approximately 2 years ago. I've been learning my local market and interviewing renovation contractors. I'm preparing to start investing again. Bank lending has become so restrictive (number of properties financed at one time, debt/income ratio, etc.) that I'm looking for alternative financing.
