I started flipping houses in 1998. I bought a VA repo with nearly no money down in Santa Ana, CA. Sold it a couple years later double the purchase price. That got me started. Moved to Boston, MA and flipped a half a dozen houses and condo conversions there from 2002-2007. Moved to Phoenix after the market crash and flipped about 50 houses here. I am now only buying and holding SFR's. I am looking to transition into apartment buildings.
