Herby Estimable

I work fulltime as an IT and partime as an investor. I'm not totally new to real estate. I was an agent for a few months, but it's been 10yrs since. I was also a landord during that time and that's where it went south for me and my credit when I lost that home. The difference now is that I know what i don't know. I have been in a 3 days fast track booth camp with SuccessPath, which reintroduced me to real estate. I have been also doing research and reading whatever I can get my hands on, and watched a lot of FliporFlap, Property wars on TV. I am a newbie still and interested in doing minor rehabs for now.
