Jamarr Hill

My name is Jamarr Hill. I'm a US Air Force veteran who is born and raised in Detroit, MI. I have recently gotten back from the military and I'm looking into making an impact in this city. I've always wanted to help this city get rid of its blight. This is my contribution. Experience: I have a partner and we have thus far purchased two properties. One single home and one two-family flat. Both were cash purchases. I have since bought over seven SFHs. Now I realize that I need to only deal with multi-family properties and commercial property. I also have a few deals in the wholesale business. I'm looking to use the wholesale business to learn what I need to about becoming an ACTUAL real estate investor. Real Estate Goals: I'm looking to get started in real estate in the Detroit/Southeast Michigan area. I have 2 deals under my belt, both buy and holds. Now I'm looking into flipping, wholesaling and other methods to get me $450K/year. Currently Seeking: Looking into wholesaling, flipping and lease options. Also, just connecting with like-minded individuals.
