Hey BP community! 👋 My name is Himeer — I'm a 4th year Architecture student at Syracuse University, originally from Austin and back home for the summer. I've been doing residential design work for homeowners and investors — floor plans, space planning, and early-stage design concepts for renovations and additions. I'm especially interested in the ADU space here in Texas given how much the legislation has opened up recently. I'm looking to connect with local Austin investors and developers — particularly anyone working on renovation projects, home additions, or ADUs.
