I’m a physician, writer, artist and designer. I’ve bought and sold four properties (condos and single families) in Boston that have needed minor to major gut rehabs. I plan to develop a diverse portfolio of rentals including single family and small multifamilies (new for me). I’ve recently relocated to NYC, and I’m studying the real estate market outside of NYC for my next investment. My skills are in finding properties that have a high return and I have excellent design skills. I’m obsessed with real estate and love researching properties to flip or BRRR. I’m looking to meet other like minded people for future investment opportunities.
