I am 25 years old. My first house was bought in January of 2021. I did the house hacking technique for 6 months. Then I rented my townhouse out to four people in October of 2021. Right now I want to attempt the BRRRR strategy on my next property. The only problem is that I do not have a lot of cash. I joined to figure out a way to finance my next deal and am looking for any insight that might help me. My long term goal is to own 1000 units.
