Holly McDowell

After 14 years in Walla Walla, and a quick stint in CA, I am in Spokane and looking to invest in Flips and Buy and Holds over the next five years. I have previously purchased two buy and holds in Arizona, then rehabbed and sold them 7 years later. The project I enjoyed the most was operating a short term rental in Walla Walla. This included purchase, renovation, and operating at a profit for 5 years. I am looking to network with like minded individuals in Spokane.
