Recently transitioned to Georgia, I am a licensed Builder and Real Estate Agent looking to utilize my years of experience to begin actualizing my goals of becoming a developer. Originally from New Orleans, I still hold my Louisiana Real Estate and Builders licenses. I recently obtained my Georgia Real Estate license and am hoping to have my Georgia Builders license before the end of the year. I have been a hands on commercial contractor for 20 years I recently obtained my Real Estate license for the state of Georgia. I obtained my contractors' license approximately 20 years ago in my pursuit of my goal is to become a developer. While using my license to build a construction business, I got sidetracked, and am now looking to refocus on my development goals. Now that I have a good bit of construction knowledge under my belt I am feeling more confident and ready to jump in. Currently Seeking: Knowledge. Education. People to network with, learn from, and gain motivation from.
