We are Single Family Home buy and hold investors. We are closing on our first rental property in 2022 and hope to buy more in the future. My day job is in aerospace (20+ years) as a senior software engineer and my wife works in defense as a senior software engineer (5+ years). We invest in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
