Hello all! I am the founder and president of an investment company, LGIS, with our primary focus on commercial multifamily real estate. I began in real estate in 2013, successfully turning single family homes before transitioning to multifamily apartments. With our LGIS investment portfolio at over 700 units, I am primarily focused on acquiring and revitalizing multifamily communities. Having worked in management for Starbucks Corporation for nine years where I oversaw and ran multi-million dollar stores, I have extensive experience in operational execution, budgeting, business planning, staffing, and promotion. I also have a unique and keen understanding of risk management and contingency planning. I continue to proudly serve as a professional firefighter/paramedic for the Los Angeles County Fire Department, Fire Station 8, West Hollywood.
