Hello Everyone! I'm originally from Guatemala, Guatemala. I first developed my interest in real estate after attending a local fund raiser for children with no family (foster kids), a local developer gave a speech and made an impression on me. This individual was able to positively impact an non-profit that assisted individuals, with unique family situations. Witnessing what he was able to do to help others first sparked my interest in real estate. Today I have gained precious experience as a member of the Armed Forces, working in the construction industry, pursuing an education in Finance, giving back to the foster care community that I used to be a member of, and having conducted several successful real estate deals. I am always looking forward to the next opportunity, and consider it a an honor every time I make a new acquaintance and broaden my network base. To increase my network base of investors and establish a rapport with both seasoned and new investors.
