Rental Property Investor
I am an investor who originally started in multi-family but after struggling to find deals and due to a time sensitive situation related to a 1031 exchange I was in, pivoted to small bay industrial and have been focused on this asset class ever since. Currently own 55 bays, under contract for two more properties totaling another 104 bays. Focused mostly on south florida.
