Texas native, Texas A&M Construction Science graduate, living in Houston for 5 years, purchased fixer-upper as a primary residence which we have remodeled twice in one year (thanks to Hurricane Harvey). Gained experience, excellent contractor contacts, and building material resources because of this experience. My Wife and I are ready to start full time investing. Our short term goal is to flip two properties this summer and then put the cash into rentals and continue. 5 year goal is to have 20 cash flowing rental properties.
