I'm a young independent contractor and entrepreneur with a family and have recently started my real estate investing journey. We just moved to Denver in May '15 from NY - Albany region and I currently own a SF rental in Pittstown, NY that I purchased with a 0% down USDA loan (owner occupied the first couple years). I'm interested in accruing Buy and Hold properties over the next 5-10 years so that I can eventually become financially free or move to real estate investing full time. I look forward to collaborating with others on BP and learning as much as I can to further my investing education!
