I've come full circle in this game. I started out with an infomercial product that got me geared up for my first investment...HUGE LOSS! Did a few flips in my twenties, spent way too much money on partying, not on other properties...AGAIN, HUGE LOSS! Became a loan officer, then got signed up with my own net branch, then decided to hit the commercial side of things last year. Now I work with commercial and bad credit all day. I love it!
