Hi! I'm Ian, and I am a Hospitality veteran and real estate investor! I started my real estate investing journey in March 2022 after work forced me to move from Philly to NJ. I was able to keep my house in Philly to rent long term, and purchase another home in NJ. My primary goal is to start diversifying my real estate portfolio by purchasing my first STR property in Florida. From there, I would like to expand my STR portfolio in the Florida market. When I'm not working my career in beverage alcohol and hospitality or growing my real estate aspirations, you can find me attending Philadelphia sports games year round!
