Been wholesaling, rehabbing, flipping, landlording, developing, and building residential and commercial since 2004. I got into construction in 1996, working as a framing laborer. Then in 2004, I started my own small business not knowing what to do I ventured into REI working as the GC on flips, and being mentored by a custom luxury builder which we did concrete sub work for on multi million dollar homes also learning the ins and outs of REI on smaller properties. Over the past 16 years I've seen the ups and downs and everything else real estate can throw at you.
