Eric Bergey

Hi everyone my name is Eric Bergey. I have always been interested in real estate. I was looking into it about 3 years ago but stopped pursuing it when i knew i had too much debt (which i wish i would have kept learning) but now i am debt free. I am looking for properties to use the BRRRR method to hit my goal of 25 doors before I'm 30 (5 more years as of 2017), I am also looking for properties on the Oregon coast that would be good for AirBnB, and i would consider during a flip if it made sense to do it to earn cash for another deal (1031 exchange).
