Looking in Cleveland, OH for: -Small MF (2-4 units) -SFR -Distressed properties that need repairs. Currently looking for properties that are around 30-70k and need up to 15k in repairs. ARV target is 50-90k. I prefer West-side like Brooklyn or Edgewater. D class neighborhoods are a non-starter.
