Where to start, well I started investing in real estate in January of 2011 in Scottsdale AZ. I am 25 years old and have always loved real estate. When I say love, I mean eat, breathe and sleep real estate. Lol I've done 5 deals which 3 of were buy & hold rentals with 8-10% return on my investment. I sold 3 durning the upswing in 2013 and 2014. Then purchased two more in Phoenix. I work with my power team. Which consist of my realtor, contractor, plumber and electrician. I was scared when I first started investing. Heck, I still get scared. It is so much fun and I enjoy learning more each and every day. There is so much I can learn when I comes to real estate investing. I have never lost any money "knock on wood". Although, I figured it was time to branch out and talk with some other investors and see if we can help each other. Happy to have found bigger pockets. Ready to really build my investing career.
