About myself
I started as a wholesaler late in 2012 and quickly moved into rehabbing flips and rentals. Currently wholesaling a couple deals per year, flipping 8-10 SFH per year and self managing my 40 unit rental portfolio. I am looking to move into real estate syndication and larger scale Residential Rental Properties, as well as expand my market outside of Buffalo, NY.
