Brand new on this site. Looking for information about how to go about getting a second home. Have primary residence, but may make second home primary residence, but not sure. Will it still be considered investment property, since we live in this one now? Have some experience with auctions. Seriously wanting to buy some rentals, and get into full time investing. I find so many awesome deals, that just seem to cross my path, that it seems to be calling my name !! Please feel free to say hi, and any advice given will be greatly appreciated. So happy to be here, and look forward to learning. (Update 7-8-15) Bought 2nd home, now need to find a reputable contractor, and/or workers to fix it up.
