I own Easy Button Home Sales. We operate in the Phoenix Arizona Market and also in the Indianapolis, IN market. We dabble in Portland, OR where I am from. I got my license in 2009 and did several hundred short sales between 2009 and 2014. I learned to wholesale and do fix and flips from this inventory. I shifted my focus to marketing towards high equity sellers in 2014 after the market had corrected and through increased volume learned that I much prefer to wholesale over fix and flip. Since that time I have completed over 1,000 wholesale transactions. I purchased my first rental property in 2012 in Mesa, Arizona. I later 1031's that property into 3 more rental properties and have now completed multiple 1031 transactions into my current rental portfolio of over 25 properties spread out mostly across the Phoenix metro area, but also own rentals property in Portland, OR and Indianapolis, IN.
