Real Estate is one of my great passions, especially historic homes in Salt Lake City. Originally trained as a musician, I understand what's it's like to thrive in a competitive market. Long ago, in the 1990s, at age 16 I was accepted into a music conservatory in NYC that has an acceptance rate of just 5%, and I've since performed in Carnegie Hall and concert halls across Europe and Asia. My passion for real estate has evolved over time, as I fell in love with Salt Lake City and its historic neighborhoods. I became hooked when I self-contracted the renovation of my own home in the Avenues, meticulously redesigning the floor plan and upgrading every element on a tight budget, resulting in a quick sale for top dollar. I've since bought, sold, and renovated numerous Salt Lake City properties from single family homes to larger multi-family properties. I believe in preserving our city's historic charm and keeping my focus on properties in the Avenues, Capitol Hill, Marmalade, and Rose Park neighborhoods. I'm a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Utah Association of Realtors®, and Salt Lake Board of Realtors®.
