As Principal and Co-Founder of Golden Pacific Capital, I've built a $35MM portfolio of 220 single family rental homes in Kansas City which is now fully leased up. I'm now focused on a range of other real estate opportunities, primarily in the affordable space – mobile home parks are a significant part of my focus, and I'm also working on deals in self-storage, multi-family, senior living, and others, including some deals which benefit from opportunity zone tax treatment. I’m partnering with two others – one partner owns and operates 1500 doors of affordable housing, and the other owns and operates 20 mobile home parks and comes from an institutional real estate background; between us we are acting as capital partners to a range of operators / developers. Between the three of us we have around $250MM of AUM in assets we directly own / operate; we are investing deal by deal as capital partners to small and medium-sized operators, typically $1-10MM+ of equity. Always interested to connect with real estate operators and capital investors. I was previously a partner in the Seabury Group (since acquired by Accenture), a premier global advisory firm, and for over a decade lived and worked on four continents, advising large airlines on their most challenging and complex strategic, operational, and financial issues. I hold a B.A. from Yale University.
