Looking to get started in the real estate industry. Long term goal is multiple properties for passive income but for now fix and flip seems more applicable for my situation. Currently being groomed to take over my family business of machine/equipment rental. Given my situation, flipping houses would be affordable since every tool I could ever need is at my fingertips for no cost.
