Ive been working in construction for well over 20 years and have been working for myself for 4 years specializing in plumbing, electrical, custom tile walk in showers as well as full remodels. I was in business in another industry for 5 years and I just launched Blaze Renovations LLC a licensed , bonded and insured General Contractor. I've been interested in owning rentals for many years however real estate has taken on a whole new meaning to me in the last 6 months.
