About myself
After closing on our first deal in December 2018, my wife and I are looking to continue acquiring assets and grow passive cash flow. Main focus is buy and hold multi-family properties, BRRRR method, and wholesaling (though I haven't done one yet). Started a meet-up group in northwest Houston (Cypress/Hockley) in April 2019 (called "NW Houston Real Estate Investor Meet-up) on Facebook and hoping to gain new contacts in the industry, while connecting other professionals.
