I am a buy-and-hold Real Estate investor, with a big focus on rental properties and passive income. I started my REI journey in 2019, and have been able to score 9 rentals as of mid-2022. I also invest in Tax Liens / Tax Deeds and house flipping in the greater Atlanta GA area. Actively looking for deals on "small multi-family houses" and "single family houses".
