My background is Lender Finance, New Home SaIes and Marketing. Top performer in both fields. Using my background knowledge I specialize in the ability to expediently review (buyer/seller/lender/attorney/appraiser etc)concerns/ guidelines and create viable and satisfying deals for all parties involved. My motto is that " if all of the above parties are happy we have a great deal." In addition I am a R.E. Qualifying Broker as well as a Full time SFR Investor. I am happy to share knowledge from my experience in these markets as well as create connections to further make each of our companies more productive and profitable.
