Real estate newbie looking to learn more as I prepare to land my first deal. I'm a chiropractor by day that wants to build wealth and gain financial freedom through real estate investing. My goal is to acquire my first deal by the time I am 30! (currently 28). I have been lingering on the outskirts of BiggerPockets listening to podcasts and reading. I have been thinking about assembling my team for future transactions. My wife and I purchased our first home in 2017 as a FSBO. It was a fun, stressful, and positive experience that made me less afraid of the real estate transaction. Interested in single family, multi-family, and perhaps some commercial real estate. I don't currently own the building that I have my chiropractic practice in but it is a goal for the future.
