Jack Dillon

Proven land development veteran that has developed and sold over 6,000 acres of large-scale master planned communities, including the award winning, 480-acre Emerald Lakes, a project of Lake Forest Development Corporation. Emerald Lakes experienced a record breaking three-year sell-out in 2010, under Dillon’s management. Followed by $12M of residential lot sales with The Preserve of Texas in 2014-2016. I am a life-long resident of the Houston area, born and raised, married and work with the love of my life, raised 5-children that all reside 15-miles from dad. I have served as President of the Board of Directors for the Dowdell Public Utility District, Vice-President of the Home Owner’s Association & President of Architectural Control Committee for Emerald Lakes, as well as serving as President and Coach for AAYF, All American Youth Football.
