I'm a go-to-market strategy professional in the San Francisco tech industry by day with a full-blown real estate obsession on the side. I've been "house hacking" since before I knew it was cool in our three-unit 1905 Victorian. Experienced in deal modeling, obtaining financing, reviewing/contesting appraisals, DIY renovation (do everything but plumbing), subcontractor management, and property management. Deeply immersed in SF tenant law and rent board issues by necessity (not by choice!). Now looking to acquire out-of-state buy/fix/hold rentals from SFR to multifamily using substantial warchest with leverage via both SDIRA and unrestricted cash accounts. MBA with honors from UCLA and a BA from UC Berkeley. Navy vet. I'm accompanied on this adventure by a wonderful wife, two great kids, and four chickens.
