I have 2 SFH and 3 commercial properties that I have owned and managed since 1985. We recently started an LLC and purchased a SFH December 2018 that is in the final stages of rehab. I have played an integral part in running our family import business until it closed in 2008. Since then the family retail properites, warehouses and other SFH have been leased, sold, or rehabbed for tenants. Real estate investing has been a part time activity. Now I am turning it into a much larger part of my life.
