Hello! I'm a new part-time real estate investor looking to buy and hold single-family, and/or small multi-family rental properties, in the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas. I currently live in Plano and have a full-time career in landscape architecture. My plan is to build a respectable real estate portfolio in the next 5 to 10 years. I will be using the BRRRR strategy combined with house hacking to maximize my returns and I will be targeting single-family homes under $200k and multi-family properties under $350k. I am now transitioning from the "learning/informational" phase to the "action" phase of my real estate investment journey. I'm looking to build a team and make connections.
