I invest in 1-4 unit residential real estate deals and manage a territory for i Fund Cities, a Philadelphia-based alternative lender built by investors. Lending since 2018, we've grown drastically into new markets to provide reliable capital for investors looking to scale their businesses. I service the Texas market and beyond as a loan officer and territory manager. I'm from Dayton, OH and have spent time in Chicago, San Diego, Philadelphia, and now operate out of the DFW Metroplex.
