I am a small investor, I started with renting my basement suite, finding I enjoyed it I bought a duplex and another single family home. Since then my wife and I have had two kids and have been taking the time to create systems to keep track of things and learn how we can do things better. I don't know anyone else who invests so I'm self taught up till now and hope to be getting back in to searching for more deals soon.
