Jacob Brooks

Hello! I want to get into real estate investing. I am new to the investing part, but I do have experience and plenty of knowledge working with a variety of building types. For the last 3 years I have worked as a property restoration field tech mitigating fire, water, mold, and sewage insurance claims. I have been in 1,000's of buildings between property restoration and previously performing building inspections for mortgage companies as a property preservationist. Plenty of foreclosures, vacant properties, and property damage in my past. I am looking to network and most importantly find investors to wholesale different properties; damaged and vacant single homes to large multi-family estates.
