I'm a psychotherapist with a passion for groups that help people be more authentic, have better connections, greater confidence, deal with difficult people and more. I run a meetup where I host free "tastes of group" along various themes including money, sex and conflict. If you'd like to check that out, here's the link: https://www.meetup.com/Online-Emotional-Intelligence-Group/ I'm just getting started with REI. I'm looking to BRRRR a multifamily in NJ with a partner for capital. This will be my first deal and so I'm happy to give a generous split to the partner in exchange for making it possible. I'm looking for deals, potential partners and the rest of the team. For team players, I'd like full-time professionals with at least 10 years of experience who are also investors. I'm open to hiring a mentor/coach who fits this criteria and is interested in taking on an apprentice. [email protected] 804-404-5679
