Jacob Younger

I'm 31 years old, have my B.A. In criminal justice and currently in law enforcement. The more I read and listen to podcasts about real estate investing the more my passion for it grows. I know how to work hard for what I want. I just need the know how. That's precisely why I came here! I'm currently getting read to take my Real Estate exam in about 3 weeks. I've been told and hear it all the time that I don't need it if I'm trying to be an investor. But I want the knowledge, so I'm getting the license. I've read countless books on investing in real estate, most of them I found through listening to the Bigger Pocket's podcast lol I love this stuff and the time is now for me to finally dive in head first. I'm excited to meet new people and build new relationships. Focusing on finding meet ups and learning as much as possible. Wholesaling has been a top priority of mine as well. Hoping to build up capital and continue to grow meaningful relationships.
