I am recently divorced and I am being offer by my ex husband the following. House in Baltimore, possible equity about $50000, tenant is already there and the rent is $1425 and mortgage is $1250, land in Avon Park, paid off but still paying taxes, and I am thinking of selling or building something on it eventually, final option, he has a VA loan and is offering me to use his loan to purchase a home in Florida since i am living in Florida right now. I want to stay in Florida and purchase since i am renting. He is offering me all three but i must figure out how can i have a place to live and one investment. Also, there is an opportunity for me to purchase a tiny home with lot in SC , lot $450 and tiny home $80000+.
