I’ve been working in property operations and management for over 5 years and currently serve as a Regional Property Manager overseeing large residential portfolios across Southern California. I support two ownership groups and manage day-to-day operations across 15 multifamily properties totaling 270+ apartment homes, with a focus on operational efficiency, proactive maintenance coordination, inspections, tenant communication, and clear owner reporting. In addition to long-term rentals, I also oversee operations for 30+ short-term rental (Airbnb) properties. I manage a full offsite support team that provides 24-hour operational coverage, guest communication, issue resolution, and coordination to ensure consistent performance and owner peace of mind. I hold an active California real estate license and work under one of the top brokerages in the High Desert. My background includes supervising leasing agents, maintenance teams, and offsite operational staff, as well as coordinating turnovers and managing vendor relationships at scale. I’ve built a strong network of competitively priced vendors and technicians and take a systems-driven approach to protecting asset value and reducing operational stress for owners. I’m based in the San Fernando Valley and work throughout the greater Los Angeles area, supporting both multifamily and single-family rental owners who want hands-on operations handled professionally while maintaining transparency and control.
