For the last several years, I've absorbed myself in the world of real estate investing. My primary focus is turning unwanted neighborhood eyesores into beautiful remodels that delight new buyers. I also keep some properties for cash flow. I buy homes in the Greater Seattle and surrounding areas that are either on-market, off-market, wholesale, or at the foreclosure auction.
