Hi! My name is Jaden and I am a student at Tennessee Tech in Cookeville, TN. I am very interested in the idea of financial independence and plan on using long-term rentals to help me on my way there. My biggest goal right now is saving up for and preparing to take down a small multifamily property by this time next year on/near TN Tech's campus to use as a house hack and hopefully drastically reduce/eliminate my housing expense.
