My wife and I are just getting started on our real-estate journey. We are looking to find financial freedom and set us up for our retirement and to help provide for our growing family of 3 (soon to be 4!). We are interested in single family homes and small multi family homes. We finished up our "live-in-flip" in Kalamazoo that we acquired in Summer 2019. We sold our vacation rental in Northern Michigan during the crazy 2021/22 market and purchased a duplex in Kalamazoo. We are actively looking to acquire our next property in the Kalamazoo/Portage area!
