I bought my first rental property 2 years ago after 2 years of looking for a good deal. I had joined a local real estate mentoring group but let my membership lapse due to lack of capitol. I am ready for another one but would like to start flipping so I don't have to wait for capitol again. I tried looking for a mentor but was not successful. I am preparing myself with self education and be ready to act on an opportunity.
