I’m based in the Wichita, Kansas area and work with real estate investors nationwide, helping them find financing that fits their deal. I work with a large network of private and commercial lending partners, which gives me the ability to look at different options for each project. I primarily work with DSCR rental loans, fix & flips, bridge loans, ground-up construction, multifamily and commercial properties. But honestly, we can finance about anything.. Before getting into finance, I spent many years as an RN. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and horses. The financing side of real estate can get confusing fast, so I try to keep it simple and explain the numbers in plain English.
