I am a Intensive Care Unit RN who loves to travel and learn new things. I am a California native and my husband and I currently live in Napa, CA. I'm new to real estate investing, but looking forward to getting my feet wet and jumping in! My goal is to make $10,000/month in passive rental income in the next 10 years. I am looking to buy and hold or BRRRR small multifamily properties. I love that there are so many different strategies in REI (a lot like nursing!) and I look forward to exploring more of them as my experience and relationships grow. I love being a nurse and plan to continue working and saving for future investments. I have been totally consumed since starting to learn about real estate investing! I can see why people get hooked...so fun and fascinating. Looking forward to one day being a solid contributor to this community!
