I’m a semi-experienced real estate investor located in Schenectady, NY. I currently own a duplex with a high cap rate in an improving area. I have one fix and flip under my belt and am interested in doing more. I am looking to network with other investors because I still have so much to learn. Looking forward to meeting many other investors in the area for the knowledge and experience.
